What does the term "Generational cOHORTS" MEAN?
“A generational group, often referred to as a cohort, includes those who share historical or social life experiences, the effects of which are relatively stable over the course of their lives. These life experiences tend to distinguish one generation from another. A cohort develops a personality that influences a person's feelings toward authority and organizations, what they desire from work, and how they plan to satisfy those desires".

Born:mid or late 1990's or from the mid 2000's to the present day

This is the generation that is currently being born.
While we don’t know much about Gen Z yet...we know a lot about the environment they are growing up in. The birth dates for this generation are not agreed upon, and vary depending on who is defining this generation. One thing is for sure, Generation Z is the most media influenced and Internet savvy population. This highly diverse environment will make the grade schools of the next generation the most diverse ever. Higher levels of technology will make significant inroads in academics allowing for customized instruction.
